CELTIC DELIGHTS with Pierre Schryer & friends
St. Paul's United Church 349 Waverley St, Thunder Bay, ON, CanadaConsortium Aurora Borealis is thrilled to present “A Curious Collection of Celtic Delights”, a spirited evening of songs and dance tunes from 17th, 18th and 19th-century Ireland and Scotland. Charismatic, award-winning Canadian fiddler Pierre Schryer, along with two remarkable Celtic musicians from Minneapolis, Norah Rendell and Brian Miller, will delight as they perform traditional tunes, ballads, jigs, reels and more, with fiddle, guitar, bouzouki, flute and vocals.
An informative pre-concert talk with Norah Rendell starts the evening at 7:30 p.m.. There will be enough time to change seats or to visit with friends! Please refrain from wearing any perfumed products out of consideration for those with allergies to scents. Thank you and see you there!
