African Children’s Choir

THE AFRICAN CHILDREN’S CHOIR IS COMING TO THUNDER BAY!
Lakeview Presbyterian Church, 278 Camelot St. will be hosting the internationally acclaimed African Children’s Choir in concert on Sunday, September 17th at 7:00 p.m.
The African Children’s Choir melts the hearts of audiences with their charming smiles, beautiful voices and lively African songs and dances. The program features well-loved children’s songs, traditional Spirituals and rhythmic Gospel favorites. In spite of the tragedy that has marred their young lives, the children are radiant with hope, musically gifted and always wonderfully entertaining.
The concert is free and open to all. Donations will be accepted at the performance and a free will offering will be collected to support African Children’s Choir programs, such as education, care and relief and development programs. We look forward to seeing you at this inspirational performance!

Benefit Concert for the TBSO – G.F.Handel’s Utrecht Te Deum

Lakeview and Friends Choir & Orchestra and POLYPHONY (Singers) present
REJOICE! GIVE THANKS! A Musical Celebration,
featuring Handel's exciting UTRECHT TE DEUM for choir, orchestra and soloists.
The hour long concert will include smaller works by Bach, Handel, William Byrd, Thomas Tallis, and others. Featured soloists for the Te Deum are Rebecca Krawczuk, Karen Benson, Jacob Krawczuk, Kai Leinonen, and Laurie Garred.
Donations at the door will benefit the THUNDER BAY SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA.
