“If No Doubt had a child with the Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Rage Against the Machine, it would be Raincity.” - Vancouver Guardian
Raincity is a Vancouver-based Rage-Funk band fronted by female leads on saxophone and vocals. The five members of Raincity combine their eclectic influences including Moon Hooch, Amy Winehouse, Queen, and Rage Against the Machine. Their live shows are unique and explosive! They have performed over 300 shows since their inception opening for acts such as Our Lady Peace, Bif Naked, and Five Alarm Funk on stages such as the Commodore Ballroom and The Bill Reid Amphitheater.
“Their live show is gloriously quirky and energetic and it’s not surprising at all that this five-piece has won virtually every music contest they’ve entered”

eVents is one of Thunder Bay's premiere event spaces - located in the heart of Fort William this venue is one of the city's best indoor concert spaces with top notch sound and production quality this show is not to be missed!
CONEY HATCH formed in Toronto 1980, named after the infamous lunatic asylum in Britain (spelt Colney Hatch) that Andy Curran's parents had lived near before emigrating to Canada. In 1981 an ad was placed in the Toronto Star looking for a singer guitarist to join a working band. Carl Dixon joined Andy Curran, Dave Ketchum, Steve Shelski and on they went to release a kickass debut album in 1982 CONEY HATCH, produced by Kim Mitchell, that still resonates today. The Hatch toured with some of the biggest names in rock opening for Iron Maiden (40 shows) and Judas Priest (27 shows.) Music videos for Fantasy and Devils Deck featured on MTV and Hey Operator broke into top 20 but lack of promo and difficulties with management saw the Hatch go their separate ways after three albums (Coney Hatch, Outa Hand, Friction). A few reunion gigs in the 90s and the noughties kept them connected. In 2008 Carl Dixon was nearly killed in a car accident. Mate Andy Curran spoke through the phone to Carl in his coma. Andy said "the Hatch still has more rocking to do, you gotta survive"
They both kept the bargain. Carl incredibly survived the crash with many injuries and titanium bits. The four reunited to produce what many say is their best album yet in 2013, CONEY HATCH FOUR. It was voted into the UK's top 50 rock albums of 2013 by Classic Rock magazine.
In 2018 the line up changed, with Sean Kelly breathing new life into those brilliant riffs. Coney Hatch toured with Steve Harris's British Lion to packed venues in November 2018. Get ready for more shows in Canada and Europe in 2019- THE HATCH IS BACK!
The Hoolies are a Rock’n Roll band that have been rocking out on stages for over 15 years and in that time have learnt 100’s of songs and pride theirselves on being able to read the crowd to play what they want to hear weather it be Classic Rock , Country Music , and yes even Metal (not called for too often but they have the know how just in case).
The four members of the band have been performing together for well over 20 years together in different groups that lead to The Hoolies Band
Three of The Hoolies are founding members of The Rock’n Roll Show Band “ The Sensational Hot Rods” . With four musicians that can perform perfect four piece harmonies as well as sing lead vocals that emulate the record quality closeness of the original artists of the day. A great rhythm section topped with sensational guitar work and the fabulous vocals makes for a great event no matter what the occasion.

Performing venues from Hamilton to Thunder Bay to Seattle, the LockyerBoys made their first steps as a cover band, quickly gaining recognition for great harmonies and multi-instrumental talent. Entertaining crowds with stage presence far beyond their years made them an immediate show stopper at festivals, concerts and event openers.
