Her evolution as an artist brought her to a journey of singing and songwriting debuted by a song called “Possibility” which went on to be featured on television shows such as “One Tree Hill” and “Switched at Birth”. CP Holiday Train in Thunder Bay

CP Train Depot 440 Syndicate Ave S, Thunder Bay, ON, Canada

The Canadian Pacific (CP) Holiday Train will be traveling across Canada and the United States again this November and December raising money, food and awareness for food banks and hunger issues. Since its launch in 1999, the program has raised more than C$10.6 million and 3.6 million pounds of food for North American food banks and shelves.
A typical Holiday Train event goes something like this:
The train arrives and pulls to a safe stop in front of the crowd. The stage door lowers and the band opens with its first song. After that, a brief presentation takes place with local food bank officials and other dignitaries. Once complete, the band resumes, performing a mix of traditional and modern holiday-themed songs. The whole event lasts about 30 minutes, and once the band plays its farewell song, the boxcar door closes, and the train makes its way to the next stop.
Again this year, the Holiday Train program is encouraging people attending events to bring heart healthy donations. Heart health education and awareness is a tenet of CP’s community investment program, CP Has Heart, which focuses on improving the heart health of men, women and children in communities across North America.
To help make this year the best yet for local food banks, the Holiday Train asks fans new and old to follow the train on social media, invite their friends and family and spread the message about the importance of heart-healthy donations by using #HealthyDonations.
Please give yourself extra time getting to the event to compensate for crowds and traffic. Please also make sure that you keep a safe distance away from the train so we can safely continue our journey.
