Corrina Keeling has been accumulating radio play on independant stations from Toronto to Windsor, while her recent performance at the Underdogs Indie Music festival at the Opera House in Toronto has earned her both industry acclaim and a growing fanbase.
Meanwhile, Jeff Giles’s work as a multi-instrumentalist has taken him from the street corners of Toronto to stages at The Legendary Horshoe Tavern, Downsview Park, and The SkyDome (now The Rogers Centre). It is no surprise, then, that the two should decide to join forces, where, armed with a few guitars and their highly accessible blend of folk and roots rock, they will be embarking on a cross-Ontario tour at the end of May, with a show scheduled at The Apollo Bar & Restaurant in Thunder Bay on Thursday May 28th at 9pm.
Beginning in Winnipeg, Manitoba, where Jeff is currently performing in the world premiere of the new Andrew Lloyd Weber/Ben Elton musical The Boys in the Photograph, he and Corrina will play additional shows in Stratford, Windsor and Hamilton, before returning to Toronto in June.
