JANUARY TO FEBRUARY 2024 | PARAMOUNT THEATRE
Broadway’s funniest smash hit!
This Olivier Award-winning comedy is a hilarious hybrid of Monty Python and Sherlock Holmes.
Welcome to opening night of the Cornley Drama Society’s newest production, The Murder at Haversham Manor, where things are quickly going from bad to utterly disastrous. This 1920s whodunit has everything you never wanted in a show—an unconscious leading lady, a corpse that can’t play dead, and actors who trip over everything (including their lines). Nevertheless, the accident-prone thespians battle against all odds to make it through to their final curtain call, with hilarious consequences!
A classic farce chock-full of mishaps and madcap mania!
“A RIOTOUS EXPLOSION OF COMEDY!” - The Daily Beast
“TONS OF FUN FOR ALL AGES!” - HuffPost
“A GUT-BUSTING HIT!” Ben Brantley of The New York Times

You’re invited to get swept away by a truly incredible new addition to the TBSO, principal flute, Liesel Deppe performing Vivaldi’s Piccolo Concerto in C Major. We are pleased to be able to introduce you to her with this delightful performance. Thunder Bay Symphony Chorus takes the stage for Bach’s unforgettable cantata “Nach Dir, Herr, verlanget mich”, which translates roughly to “For you, Lord, is my desire.” On top of that, we get to hear a Baroque-inspired contemporary jewel, “Baroque Melting” by Vivian Fung. And it doesn’t stop there! Featuring pieces by Purcell, Gluck, and Rebel, this concert promises to be a wild emotional ride – and a good time!
