Set in the high-paced, high-stakes world of fashion, we follow the intersecting stories of up & coming fashion designer Jase Banks as he assumes the role of Creative Director of failing couture house Maison Renard; Margo DeHiver, Editor in Chief of Catwalk Magazine, the publication to impress to make it in the fashion world; her Assistant Jane Leonard, who is dazzled by the heady world of hedonism and hubris; Danni Bloom, the seasons IT Girl Supermodel whose dark past may overtake her bright future; Photographer and former model Patrick Simms as he uses his camera to keep the world at bay; and open-hearted model Caden Kilgore, who not only wears top brands, but also his heart, on his sleeve.

You may recognize him as a contestant on the Amazing Race Canada - Cedric Newman is a long-time stand-up comedian who has performed all over this country and is a favourite of comedy fans in Thunder Bay. He was also the winner at the Thunder Bay Comedy Festival among many other credits.
Often found touring together - Chris Quigley is a unique comedic talent who will be sure to have you in stitches! This is a rare double headliner show you will not want to miss!

The Thunder Bay Blues Society (TBBS) is pleased to release the band line-up for Blues House Party 5 Saturday March 23 at the DaVinci Centre. To celebrate the 5th edition of the Blues House Party series, we will feature 5 bands all under one roof for one evening only! Doors will open at 6:00 pm and the music will start at 6:30 pm. Food will be available for purchase when doors open and available throughout the evening, so bring your appetite along with your dancing shoes!
The evening will kick off with the debut TBBS performance of Deb Tully fronting veteran local blues band Southern Comfort, followed by vocalist/harmonica player John Booth and his Southside Band! John is also known locally as the host of CILU radio blues show “How Blue LU” every Saturday from 10 am - 12 pm.
Keeping the house party going will be The Chain, a band that is well known in Thunder Bay and always packs the dance floor. Following that up will be the first Blues House Party appearance of Junior and the Bifocals, who finished second at the TBBS “Highway 61 to Memphis” Blues Challenge held in June 2023. The band is also known in town as the JB Band, but will be getting back to their blues roots as Junior and the Bifocals.
Closing the evening will be Voodoo Blue, who opened Blues House Party 4 in 2023 and recently expanded their band to a five-piece unit…and they may also have some special guests towards the end of the evening.
All TBBS members will be eligible for an exclusive reserved table pre-sale before tickets go on sale to the general public. That date along with ticket price (which will also be discounted during the reserved table pre-sale compared to the general admission price) will be announced in early February….so stay tuned!!
