PANTYCHRIST (Hamilton, ON)Taking elements from punk, hardcore and metal and shaking it up with a healthy dose of riot grrrl attitude, Pantychrist is a full throttle blast of estrogen fueled aggression: angry, intense and unrelenting. Since first hitting the scene in 2003, this all female hardcore punk band from Hamilton, Canada has been kicking ass and taking names. The worldwide release of ‘Never Love Anything’ on AMP Records in 2005 brought international notoriety for it’s combination of fast punk blasts interlaced with catchy melodies and straight to the point lyrics. Pantychrist provided the music for the fictional all-female band Monster Kitten in the 2019 film Dead Air. Along with original vocalist Danyell DeVille, Pantychrist is rounded out by guitarist Emma-O, bassist Lexxi LaRoux and drummer Clara Danger.
