Hey Folks… Last week I threw out the teaser… today you get the “real deal” – Rock, Blues & Other Grooves is about to launch its winter season at Club Retro (The Hodder)!!
Mark Friday December 9th on your “after work/TGIF party calendar” for the kick-off of the “Rock, Blues & Other Grooves” music series. Wanting to give you just a little bit more, this event will feature two great bands with Jerry DePiero & The Aberrations opening the show, followed by James Boraski & MomentaryEvolution with their upbeat and versatile blend of Roots, Rock & Rockin’ Blues.
James and his band have been an opening night act at the Thunder Bay Blues Festival twice in the last 3 years, and they are certainly some of Thunder Bay’s favorite performers.
Cover charge is only $5.00 (19+) and La Poutine will be serving up some great eats, while Club Retro will gladly quench your thirst with the cool treats!!
Doors open at 6:00 pm… music & dancing will run from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm… so you can have a great night with food, drinks, friends and music AND still be home before the clock strikes midnight (but only if you want to)!!
