The event will consist of two components; a VIP reception for VIP ticket holders and the main event which will include all ticket holders.

VIP Reception

Doors will open at 6:30pm. Reception to commence at 7pm for VIP ticket holders only

Seating is based on a first come basis and is limited.

Included (VIP Ticket)

• A complementary alcoholic beverage from the bar.
• An authentic Mexican menu provided by Rancheros TBay.
• An exclusive musical set by Mariachi Rio Rojo who will perform exclusively for the VIP guests.

Main Event

Doors will open at 8:30pm with the entertainment part of the event to commence approximately at 9pm. Seating is limited and will be available on a first come basis.

Thunder Bay’s premiere Latin dance couple, Karim y Nady from Italian Touch Latin Dance School will kick off the evening with an express 30 minute salsa lesson.

The live music part of the main event will commence at 9:30pm and provided by Mariachi Rio Rojo, a 9 piece Mariachi with full strings and horns as well as Curubandé, a 12 piece Latin orchestra.

Interspersed in the evening, local dancers from Italian Touch Latin Dance School will take to the floor, including a special duet from Karim y Nady.

The evening will conclude with a DJ set provided by DJ Karim playing a mixture of popular Latin songs.

Cash bar will be offered and will feature drink specials including a tequila selection as well as Mexican Cervezas.
