Consortium Aurora Borealis Concert – Organist William Maddox “What Pipes!”

Consortium Aurora Borealis presents the concert “What Pipes”, as virtuoso organist William Maddox, back by popular demand, pulls out all the stops for a colourful display on St. Paul’s United Church’s splendid Casavant organ. This instrument will be shown off in great style, with a varied programme spanning 300 years and including music by Bach, Handel, Mozart, Franck, Guilmant, Widor, Vierne and more.
The concert takes place on Tuesday, April 5, 2016, 8:00 p.m. at St. Paul`s United Church, 349 Waverley Street, with an informative pre-concert talk at 7:30 p.m. by Fred Jones. The church is handicapped-accessible (elevator).
Admission: $15 adults and seniors, $10 students, at the door.
