Magnus Bjornson, an old bachelor farmer, finds himself with mounting debt and suburban neighborhoods advancing from every direction. A young real estate agent arrives at the farm determined to succeed where others have failed. But chores, skunks and ants get in the way, not to mention Magnus’ niece Esme, who is unwavering in her resolve that this family farm is NOT FOR SALE. A hilarious new comedy, produced in partnership with the Royal Manitoba Theatre Centre.
