Thunder Bay will be part of a unique Christian-based 17-date tour featuring Christian rock band Big Daddy Weave & Building 429 alongside newcomer Andy Kirk. Through a unique partnership with World Vision Canada, each group holds steadfast to the principle of giving and strongly lends their support to the sponsorship of a child.
Big Daddy Weave is a contemporary Christian band composed of Mike Weaver (lead singer), Jay Weaver, Jeremy Redmon, Jeff Jones and Joe Shirk. Their popular songs include: “Every Time I Breathe,” “Audience of One,” one of the top 25 most performed ASCAP songs of 2003; “In Christ,” “Fields of Grace,” “Without You,” and “What Life Would Be Like.” In 2002, the group received a Dove Award Nomination for ?New Artist of the Year? and later honored two years in a row at ASCAP’s 2003 and 2004 Christian Music Awards.
The latest album, What Life Would Be Like, is a collection of songs that might somehow communicate the word placed on their hearts to the hearts of those who hear it. They are signed to Fervent Records.
