To help promoters, venues and bands promote their events, TBShows offers various kinds of promotional assistance to help spread the word about what’s going on in the Thunder Bay music & live entertainment community. Below are 3 levels of promotional help that TBShows offers.

1 – EVENT LISTING GUIDELINES
The events listed on TBShows must consist of live entertainment. This includes but is not limited to concerts, festivals, comedy shows, live theatre, special events and more. When submitting your information, please provide as much detail as possible. If you are uncertain if your event qualifies, please contact us for assistance.
Poster Guidlines
Posters uploaded must include the date of the event, the venue name, and the performers (1 minimum). To submit an event for consideration, please visit our SUBMIT AN EVENT page.
2 – TBSHOWS TOP 5
The TBShows Top 5 is a highlighted list of five upcoming events happening in Thunder Bay and is featured on the homepage of TBShows.com. It is updated every Monday and consists of content for the following week(s). To qualify for the Top 5, your show info must be uploaded by before Monday and must include a poster that contains the TBShows logo. The logo must be unaltered and remain in either black or white. It may be resized (maintaining aspect ratio – no stretching or distorting) but should still be easy to see and recognize. Anyone is free to take advantage of this offer.

3 – PREMIUM ADVERTISING / SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

COMMITMENT & ACCURACY
TBShows is run by a dedicated group of local musicians, promoters, and music fans that take pride in maintaining the site’s accuracy and upholding the relationships they have within the music community. However, because of the amount of people who use some of these extra services (such as TBShows Top 5), there is no guarantee that every event will receive the full range of promotional help listed above. Events with paid advertising through TBShows will take precedent over other events. It is strongly recommend to submit your listing information at least 2-4 weeks prior to the event to ensure it receives as much promotion as possible. The TBShows admin team reserves the right to remove any listing that promotes hateful, discriminatory and physical/emotional damaging behavior or language.
