Local vocalist George Holborn and the Thunder Bay Symphony Chorus join the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra for the next Classical Plus concert on December 3, at 8pm at Hilldale Lutheran Church.
Mr. Holborn will delight the audience with his performance of Songs of Wayfarer alongside the TBSO. After intermission, the TBSO and TBS Chorus will perform a new work, Songs of the Poets, composed by Abigail Richardson and commissioned by the National Arts Centre (Pinchas Zukerman, Music Director), The World Remembers, the Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra (Arthur Post, Music Director), and the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra (Roberto Minczuk, Music Director) in honour of the Centennial of the The Great War.

The serene atmosphere provides a brilliant and intimate backdrop to the unexpected alongside audience favourites.
