Tangled Thunder Bay is a network of local arts and service organizations plus Toronto based Tangled Art + Disability. This year Tangled presents it’s second annual arts festival as part of Tangled on Tour: an annual series of disability arts events in cities across Ontario. All Tangled events are in barrier-free locations. ASL interpretation and attendant care are provided. Audio descriptions are provided for the art exhibition and films. Films include captions. Assist us in making scent-free spaces.
