The Oras Chamber Choir presents their first concert of the 2017-18 season on Saturday, October 28th, 2017 at 8:00 PM at St. Paul’s United Church in Thunder Bay.
In this concert, the OCC will perform unaccompanied choral works with themes related to sleep, dreams, existence, and death. Included in the program are William Croft’s Burial Sentences and Eleanor Daley’s lyrical, melancholic, and intensly personal Requiem, as well as works by Eric Whitacre, Thomas Tallis, Ralph Vaughan Williams, and Tarik O’Regan.
